generation and millennial

Generations Z is the following generation after Millennials they can understand each other more than other generations. But there still many differences between the two generations.
The gen zers are focused than the millennials, they are living with updates in snapchat and Instagram. Thousands of new information updating and they are receiving those. The time they can keep focus is going to be away shorter than the Millennials and any older generations. But, through that, gen zers are becoming better worker for multiple missions. With the technologies they used to use. Laptops, phone and iPad. They can change the attention from one thing to another very quickly. There are many things going on in their brain at the same time. The can make a shift from play to work quickly. The gen zers likes all the products if they think it is cool. The values of experience are more important for the millennials. Gen zers likes video websites more than the others. Because the short attentions so they prefer to get the information quickly through their eyes. They have no patient as the millennials.
The gen zers are pragmatic, the generation is grow up also in the recession of economy in 2007 to 2008. The effects of economic pressure during that period makes the gen zers care more about the financial problems. They are more highly interested to save money gave by their parents than millennials do at the age.
The gen z has different fashion style compare to the millennials. The millennials has a better brand loyalty to their favorite brand. They like individual designers more than the famous and popular brands. They like to have more personal style for their clothing. The gen zers don’t to be defined by the brand of clothing.
The millennials see the sports as a activity or a game. They like to go do exercise more than the gen zers. Sport is a improvement of a person himself. The gen zers think that the sports are a tool to healthy It is not fun and they are not enjoy when they are under the hot sun or the when they sweat. The sports are not same as games. The rate of fats kid are growing up quickly in this generation.

Since people give more attention to the Generation Z, they are getting the judges of older people. In people observed the gen zers are giving characteristics. The gen z always be described as depends on technologies, cautious about the future. But it is important for people to getting more and know more about gen zers.
In the work, the gen zers are more likely to work with a team. They except communication to the others. So they more working in a environment centered on a community. A big stereotype to the gen zers is that they can keep paying attention to one object. But that not the truth. The gen zers are the group of people wanted for the feeling of a fresh thing. Maybe they can’t pay attention more than thirty seconds, but they want something can attract their attention in thirty seconds. The gen zers are living in a world with a huge amount of information. The teenagers are spending about a quarter of a day to looking on the social medias. Watch videos, looking at messages, and read the post text. So the attentions needs to be catch by the designers. About half of gen zers says if the ad is interesting, they would watch and not to skip.
The gen zers are no longer the small kids in elementary schools. The oldest group of gen z are already graduated and enter the work places. Although most of them don’t have a kids yet, but they are started to worry about the balance of work and life. They don’t like work hard and getting too much pressure from their word. They have a target, wished to have a high wage through their jobs. Gen zers are useful to the high-tech companies. They are the generation grow up with technologies. The experience of using and ideals are significantly important to the products in a company. They have loyalty to jobs, Most of the gen zers don’t want to work for more than four bosses.
The gen zers are really stick to their phones. The stereotype to the gen zers their phones is a biggest part. A lot of parents complain their child are chatting to friends or listening to music in every second. Buy in facts, there are 75 percent of gen zers like to communicate face to face. They don’t like the traditional office that controls them in a space all day and for years.

Gen Z is lazy at home

They are different to their parents at home. Many people complain that their children never clean their room. Most of them just take off clothes and leave on the carpet or bed. Compare to do the boring clean works, they rather go on their phone to look at the photos on twitter, videos from their favorite youtubers or chat with friends. The generation Z are known they are easy to distract from the work they are doing. “Yet, generation Z is often on the receiving end of criticism for time they spend using technology. Some of this is fair — it’s estimated that they log about 10 hours a day online and a whopping 96 per cent own a smartphone.” The Gen Z-ers are less like to have outdoor activities and exercise. The percentage of fat children can also show this.
Sometimes, the gen zers are more like stay on the bed than playing their phones. The children are hard to be interested about study, social activities and house cleaning works. It is a nature of the teenagers. None of people like to do the heavy and boring works unless there are enough pressure and the work have to be done. The teenagers don’t feel the pressure. If the parents keep telling their child to clean up the room. The final result is they usually spend the time online for nothing. They may send messages to friends, looking at the comics or did a little homework. There is always something the gen zers feel more important to do first. They choose what they want to do and what they interested.
Many young gen zers like to stay up late. They feel awake when they have phones in the hand. So is hard to get up in the morning. But if they can have a long time rest, such as work in the afternoon or in the evening is the best time for them to work on stuffs.

Gen Z in school

In this year most of them are students from middle school to college. The only work they have to do is to finish the homework that their teachers gives to them. But most of them are lazy to do it. The parents and teachers think their child are very lazy. The gen zers are actually taking heavier and complex study missions than the older generations. They have lessons that are difficult in high schools and collages. And homework is boring, is too much.
Many parents have the problem to rush their children to do homework. For most of kids the first thing when they get to home is not open their backpack and do the homework. But go on the bed to rest. And if is a formative work at least half to the students will not do it. Because it is not necessary.
Many of the students leave the homework till the last minutes to do, even when a project takes few weeks to complete. When the teacher gives a long time to do it they will always feel there is still enough of time to do the project. But when the deadline is coming students will stay up late to do the homework. Sometimes must drive students to school 7 AM so they can finish it in the school. In canvas, the mean grade of a formative home work can reflect when there is an unnecessary homework most will not to do it.
The gen zers students like to try and study. It is different than the way that the school used to have. They like to learn while they are doing it. But not just read and learn what to do. They are creative on social media. They like to have visual learning, to see the thing happening directly. The gen zers like to study with technologies and they always do so. The rich in medias makes them have makes them can pay a short period if attention when working. If they are keep working on one thing for a long time, this can only decrease enthusiasm for work. They like to distribute attention in multiple things. The parents shouldn’t be angry when they see their children listening to music while doing the homework, or make a phone call talking to their friends. The education comes with fun is the most acceptable way for the gen zers. including the teach of TV shows, movies and games.
